Pre-order Shipping Policy
Pre-order product are shippend when item is in stocked. If more than one pre-order items are in one order then the entire order is only shipped when all items are in stocked. If a customer like to get their pre-order product as soon as it is in stock, it is best for customer to pre-order product individually.
Domestic Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping for order over $150 with in the continental of USA.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Tracking number will be provided for all shipped items.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed in your cart.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Once item is shipped it is strictly depended on carrier.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Lunar Toy Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
First Class Mail/Package International
First Class Mail/Package international is the cheapest way to ship a product outside of USA. However it is the most risky type of package. Tracking number is only valid within USA, once package left USA, tracking will become less accurate. LTS will not bear any responsibility if shipped with First Class Mail/Package international. Therefore please consider the risk before selection First Class Mail/Package international.
Lunar Toy Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
