Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Lunar Toy Store (LTS). The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping and Fulfillment Policy.

Pre-order Shipping Policy

Pre-order products are shipped once they are in stock unless your order contains multiple pre-orders. If your order contains multiple pre-orders, the order will ship once all items have been received, so that the entire order can be fulfilled. Store Pick Up for pre-orders also require that all items be in stock prior to fulfilling your order. We hold pre-orders that have arrived in a safe and secure location while they wait for the rest of your order to arrive. If you would prefer to receive your pre-orders as they become available, we would recommend placing an order for each item individually, so your pre-orders can be shipped immediately upon arrival.

Domestic Shipping Policy

If an order is placed with a debit or credit card and has different shipping/billing addresses, we will contact you for a PayPal payment. We want all our customers to be safe while using our website. 

A tracking number will be provided for all shipped items automatically.

Order Processing Time

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed prior to being shipped out. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Orders placed for Store Pick Up also require processing time, but we will notify you via email as soon as your order is ready to be picked up. 

Please note that there may be additional delays in the processing and fulfillment of your order due to COVID-19. Rest assured; we are working as fast as we can to get your order out as soon as possible! If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

The shipping methods we offer, along with their charges, will be displayed and calculated in your cart prior to placing your order.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are both provided by the postal carrier you choose. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Once your order is shipped, its arrival is strictly dependent on the carrier. Please allow additional business days for your order to be delivered if it does not arrive within the estimated delivery window.

$5 Flat Rate Shipping

$5 Flat Rate shipping is offered for domestic shipping within the U.S. and is the most economic shipping rate available. We don't guarantee a particular service for $5 flat rate shipping. When you choose $5 Flat Rate shipping, we will choose the most economic shipping rate on your behalf. You will still receive tracking information if you choose $5 Flat Rate shipping, and tracking information is sent automatically once the order is shipped.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Lunar Toy Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping out your order is the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

First Class Mail/Package International

First Class Mail/Package International is the cheapest way to ship a product internationally. However, it is the riskiest type of service, since tracking is only guaranteed within the USA. Once the package leaves the USA and moves into the hands of the international carrier, tracking may become less accurate or cease to be updated. LTS will not bear any responsibility if your order is shipped with First Class Mail/Package international. For a safer and more secure delivery experience, we recommend Priority Mail International. Please consider the risk before selecting First Class Mail/Package international.
